Marcos Torroba,

a cinematographer and camera assistant with a passion for visual storytelling.
 

I'm especially drawn to stories that explore social topics, craft, and community — narratives that highlight the connection between people and place. With a background in biology, I also have a lasting interest in subjects related to nature, science, and the environment. While I’m still building my experience in documentary and interview formats, these themes continue to shape the kind of work I seek out and want to grow into.

I work as a camera assistant in film productions, supporting the crew with technical setups and helping ensure smooth, efficient shoots. I also take on DoP and editing roles for smaller, story-driven projects, where I can shape the visual language more directly.

Whether behind the camera or in the edit, I value accuracy, authenticity, and a collaborative approach. I’m always open to helping bring thoughtful, visually driven stories to life.
